The main home will not be available during this stay and no one will be staying in it when you're there either, so you'll have complete privacy. *Please park outside of the fence and walk through the gate. We have a storage cabinet in the casita closet that we keep locked for supplies. The pool area storage shed is locked for pool supply storage as well. Other things to note Please be aware of posted signs by the pool. No lifeguard is on duty and you are to swim at your own risk. No diving in the pool and please be aware of children at all times. Guest will be required to sign a renter's agreement. The agreement will be sent via email and SMS upon booking under Five Star Vacation Home Rentals. Please check your spam if it's not in your inbox. Guests who have zero reviews will be required to settle a $300 security deposit, this will be held and released 5 days after your stay assuming there's no damage in our unit. This will come from Five Star Vacation Home Rentals, LLC. We also charge a minimum of $150 for an unapproved late checkout. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside our property. You can smoke outside the property but we will just ask to make sure the smoke doesn't go inside and dispose of cigarette butts properly. Violation of our non-smoking policy will result in a minimum fee of $500. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM to help keep the neighborhood peaceful. You’re welcome to enjoy the outdoor areas during this time - we just ask that conversations stay at a lower volume so everyone can relax and enjoy their evening. Registration details STR-24-13500070
