Shared kitchen, shared bathroom, shared laundry, living area, all on ground floors. Room can be locked from inside and outside. No step into your master bedroom. Two steps between your room into or out of the shared kitchen. Tiny step of less than 1cm into the private bathroom/ ensuite.
