Served by a one-way street that climbs up to the village square, it offers a private courtyard with beautiful outdoor spaces around its swimming pool! Enjoy swimming to the sound of cicadas, dinners in the shade of its centuries-old walls and walks to discover this region of Provence... The space The newly renovated Maison Bertherigues has retained all the charm of typical Provençal houses with all the comforts necessary for a relaxing stay... It offers 8 beds spread over its 4 bedrooms, each equipped with a double bed (1 on the ground floor and 3 on the first floor). Access to the house is possible in 2 ways: via a pedestrian gate, in front of the house, on the one-way street (free street parking), via a gate: a small steep path provides access, from a street at the back of the house, to a small private and fenced courtyard to park 2 vehicles. The House is located a few minutes' walk from the main square of the village which offers a range of small local shops (bakery, supermarket and restaurants). The House is spread over 2 levels, for a total area of xxx m²: Level 0: a living room, a kitchen - dining room, a laundry room, a toilet with hand washbasin, Bedroom #1 with its private bathroom (shower, sink and toilet), Level 1: bedroom #2 with its private terrace, bedroom #3 with its private bathroom (bathtub, sink and toilet), bedroom #4, a large bathroom with sink, Italian shower and toilet.
