The space Welcome to our cozy walk-out suite! This bright and spacious unit includes 2 bedrooms, your OWN 1.5 bathrooms, a large walk-in closet, exclusive laundry, and a fully equipped kitchen with beautiful views. The space is designed for comfort, featuring 2 comfy queen beds with high-quality mattresses in the master room, a small library, and a 55” TV with high-speed internet. For your convenience, we provide drinking soft water, a microwave, toaster, electric kettle, dishwasher, washing machine, and dryer. One free parking space is included. If you need a second parking spot, it may be available for an additional cost—please inquire before booking! A note on the atmosphere: We live upstairs with our two kids (who are at daycare on weekdays). You might hear some activity for a few hours during the day. While it’s always quiet at night, this might not be the best fit for those seeking absolute silence 24/7. We look forward to hosting you! Guest access Guests have full access to the suite, except for the furnace room. Important: The backyard, swimming pool, and hot tub are private and not accessible. However, the Ray Twinney Recreation Complex is only 2-3 minutes away, offering a fantastic indoor pool and gym. Also, two beautiful walking trails are located less than a minute from our home for you to enjoy. Other things to note Winter & Comfort: The home stays warm and cozy throughout the winter. We regularly clear snow from the driveway and the walkway to ensure safe and easy access for our guests. Parking: One free parking space on the driveway is included. If you require a second spot, it is available for an extra charge—please contact us for availability and rates. House Rules: • Access to the backyard and swimming pool is strictly restricted. • No smoking and no pets allowed inside the suite.
