This building is located on a street in Hoan Kiem District, and it is really close to the center and has easy access to tourist destinations. Here are a few things we want to share about the room for you: - Elevator access - Cafe around - Fully stocked & equipped kitchen - Huge Netflix TV - Free washer and dryer (Public area) - 5 mins walk to Old Quarter - 10 mins walk to Night Market - Surrounded by Restaurants, International Banks & Café - SIM card The space - Our building is located near the railway tracks, and there will be noise from trains passing by. Occasionally, there will be loudspeakers in the early mornings (this is part of Vietnamese culture and only at certain times of the year) and construction. Earplugs are provided. However, we would still recommend taking special care before booking, especially if you are a light sleeper or sensitive to noise. - Access to the room is through the café on the ground floor. Guest access You can use the public washing machine, dryer, and water purifier on the sixth floor. Other things to note 1. Parking Paid parking is available in front of the house for both motorbikes and cars.
