Welcome to the farm! This cute little farm studio is ready for your enjoyment! With a horse front view and rows of flowers in sight, you will be sure to soak in all the feels of farm life all while being close to West Ashley, 30 minutes from Down Town Charlestion and 35 min from beach access. Tucked in behind the hustle and bustle of city life you can put your feet up and relax, walk the gardens or check out the cute farm animals. Truly this is a unique stay that you don't want to miss! The space This is a one room studio cottage. There is a queen bed and a full pull out in the couch. We have a pac-n-play under the bed for any babies or toddlers that may be joining. There is a beautiful full bathroom with large shower. This cottage is located on a working farm with children and animals. Please be mindful when booking that there will be some noise on occasion and that as a working farm there may be messes we have yet to attend to. This cottage is perfect for a single, a few friends , a couple or a small family of 4. Children may use the tree house but at your own risk. Walking the gardens is permitted with permission ahead of time. Guest access We want you to enjoy your stay with us! This is a working farm/homestead suitable for anyone who loves animals and being in the country. We live on the property with our 5 children, milk goats, sheep, chickens, ducks and rabbits, protected by our two great Pyrenees and tiny Schnauzer mix. We also have barn cats that are very friendly and roam the property freely. We are a first time flower farming operation, so please enjoy the beauty of the gardens and the flowers. We are always eager adding to our dream, so there may be little projects that aren't quite finished around the property. We are currently working on beautifying the BnB space in front and plan to add more gardens as we go. Fresh eggs available as long as supply is bountiful. We love our little piece of heaven and look forward to sharing it with you! Other things to note ⚠️ ALLERGY WARNING ⚠️ : Our guest bed is a 100% natural, non-toxic bed and made of pure latex. It is wonderfully comfortable and free of harmful toxins, however If you have a latex allergy we suggest not booking with us. Thank you! The Dogs sometimes bark at night, usually in the back of the barn away from the cottage. However we cannot promise you won't ever hear anything. There is a noise machine for your convenience. The cottage is connected to our home. You may hear on occasion some walking and some noise. We do our best to stay quiet for our guest. No more noise then what you would experience at a hotel. Our quiet time is from 9pm-7am. There is a pool and a trampoline on the property, however due to liability and privacy purposes, we have both of them off limits to guest. Sorry for the inconvenience.
