Tent in Dorchester

We offer dispersed parking sites in our woodlands & fields for camping in vehicles up to 20’. Access to some sites is limited by vehicle clearance and ground conditions. Sites are allocated first come first serve. We do our best to provide flat, private parking locations. For vehicles over 20’ & travel trailers please message us prior to booking to see how we might accommodate you. The space We have a communal fire-pit, picnic tables, outhouse, access to drinking water, and dish washing station for guest usage. Our main house has wi-fi. Ideal location with quick access to trails for those looking to: hike, mountain bike, ski, and snowshoe. The Rumney Crags and Mt. Moosilauke are a short drive away. Showers and indoor kitchen are available for additional fees; our indoor kitchen is available when our onsite restaurant is not in operation. Please message us for restaurant hours. Tents are available for rent at an additional cost. Outdoor kitchen is free for guests to use–it has electricity and running water, no cookware is supplied. Outdoor solar shower is free to use–enjoy open air views and warm water when the sun is shining! Guest access CHECK-IN: Check in is between 5pm and 9:00 pm. Check in at the main house #218 Streeter Rd - We reserve the right to charge an additional $1/minute after 9:05pm for a late arrival fee. Any fees accrued must be paid upon arrival. We will do our best to accommodate late arrivals, but highly discourage late night arrivals at our remote location. Quiet hours after 10pm. Swimming ponds, gardens, and trails galore: SMF is a retreat destination for mountain biking, skiing, and hiking. Our trails feature hand and machine-built features for riders of all skill levels. A self-guided retreat experience: Guests are encouraged to recreate and restore amidst the natural beauty of our rural property, explore our orchards and vegetable gardens.
