Description
Welcome to historic Levy Park! We are excited to host you at this beautifully restored Italian inspired getaway. This vibrant neighborhood is one of Tallahassee's oldest and boasts a lovely mixture of old homes and local Tallahassee families. There are homes on our street over 100 years old, and families that have lived here for generations! The space This beautifully decorated home is centrally located to everything Tallahassee has to offer. We are just 2.2 miles to Doak Campbell Stadium, 1.8 miles the The Capital, and 3.1 miles to Bragg Memorial Stadium. We are also close to many restaurants, bars, and coffee shops. The home is equipped with TVs in each room, a fully stocked kitchen, a coffee bar, shampoo, and conditioner. You will love spending your days exploring Tallahassee, and your evenings feeling pampered and luxurious in this lovely home! The home has one bedroom with a queen size bed that comfortably sleeps two people. There is a twin size rollaway bed that can easily be set up in the bedroom or in the living room and a futon. This home is a duplex with one bedroom and one bathroom on each side. We rent each side separately and also together. Each side has its own private entrance and a private back deck. The only shared space is the backyard, which is beyond the deck. As you will see from the picture of the map, our home is located in the Levy Park neighborhood. We are connected to Midtown, Lafayette Park, and Frenchtown. All of these neighborhoods have their own unique personality and identity. Midtown and Lafayette Park are full of great restaurants and bars, all of which are very close to our home. Frenchtown, a vibrant and culturally diverse neighborhood, has seen much growth and improvement over the last few years. When traveling to or from FSU from our home, you will likely go through this neighborhood. Other things to note You will have one assigned parking spot and space to park another car on the side street. Opening and closing the rollaway bed is a two person job. In order to open the bed, have a person stand on each side of the bed. Slide the latch off and gently open the bed, placing each side on the floor. To close the bed, have each person stand on one end of the bed. At the same time, both people should raise up the bed and then fasten the latch. Please do not attempt to open and close the rollaway with only one person. You may be injured.
