Discover our charming home located in Espartinas, in the heart of El Aljarafe, just 25 minutes from Seville and 50 minutes from Huelva Beach! The space The exterior features a large 5x10 private swimming pool, BBQ, a large back garden and another front (it is a 900mts2 plot exclusive to the guests) There are lounge chairs, an umbrella, and a table with chairs to enjoy the garden! Inside we find a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms upstairs and 2 bathrooms (one upstairs with a bathtub and another downstairs with a shower). All rooms feature a desk for those wishing to telework :) The house features: - Large TV 55' and AC in the living room - Tv 32' and air conditioning in the master bedroom - Air conditioning in the second bedroom - Fan in the third room, - Wifi, refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, kitchen, coffee maker, juicer and iron for clothes. Linens and towels are included. Extra pool towels are NOT included. Guest access All areas of the property are private and can be enjoyed by the guests who book it during their stay. The residential complex is very quiet! An oasis very close to the city :) Other things to note - There is a bus stop 500 meters away, where you can take the M-166 and be in Seville in 29 minutes. - If you go to the city by car, you can enjoy the new exit on the recently opened A-49 highway. - 900 meters away, you will find a supermarket (Cash Fresh) and a pharmacy. In addition, very close to the house there is a mini market, "El Amanecer," which is open even on Sundays 😊 - Just a 20-minute walk along a beautiful path surrounded by olive groves is the historic Monasterio de Nuestra Señora de Loreto, one of the most iconic places in the Aljarafe region of Seville. Founded in the 16th century and declared a Site of Cultural Interest, it stands out for its Baroque architecture and its surroundings full of history and tranquility. Right across the street, you can enjoy Parque del Sol, a large green space ideal for families and children, with playgrounds, a zip line, and areas for walking or relaxing outdoors. Inside the park is Restaurante Bambú, one of the most recommended places in the area for lunch or dinner with the family. It stands out for its modern and relaxed atmosphere, its large terrace surrounded by nature, and a menu with creative tapas, meats, rice dishes, and options ideal for sharing.
