Charming and hugely spacious, the house offers a unique experience and so close to the City. The house itself is set in a quiet suburb near the bike path to the City. It has its own beautiful pool and outdoor area. It consists of six full bedrooms and two bathrooms. The attention to detail of the finishing throughout the house and the high ceilings makes the whole space feel very relaxed Three bedrooms downstairs and three upstairs. One full bathroom downstairs and upstairs. The space The house is designed on Californian bungalow style... Everywhere you walk through the house you feel a sense of relaxation and space. The way the house is laid out allows large groups to relax in comfort. It has a Super fast internet service which is great for working parties . Along with the main lounge TV each of the six bedrooms comes with it's own wall-mounted Smart TV ... This offers the option of private viewing should they want it . Bedroom 1 – 1 King or 2 Singles Bedroom 2 – 1 King or 2 Singles Bedroom 3 – 1 King or 2 Singles Bedroom 4 – 1 King or 2 Singles Bedroom 5 – 1 King or 2 Singles Bedroom 6 – 1 King or 2 Singles Each room has Split King bed in each ...This allows for the choice of 2 singles or a King bed in each room.( Please let us know your preferred option) . Additionally, we have a 2 Full-size Rollaway beds (as pictured) - One upstairs and one downstairs - this would be for the 13th and 14th guests. Guest access Guests have Full access to all areas including the garage. Locked storage cupboards are the only exception. There is room for 3 Cars to be parked in the driveway.. Other things to note Consideration to the immediate neighbour and the neighbourhood in general is of paramount inportance...Whilst music is allowed it must not disturb neighbours and Parties are not permitted. EARLY CHECK IN We always appreciate a guests position when arriving early and having to hang around for check in at 2pm. Whilst we always try and help with early check-ins, we cannot always guarantee this. The charge for early check-in is $40 per hour before 2pm (maximum will be $80, depending on availability). Please keep in mind that the previous guest checkout time is 10am and then cleaners need to prepare the apartment for you (sometimes the apartment is not booked the night before your arrival which gives you more options of arriving very early, without any extra more cost). We would really appreciate it to be mentioned in the review as we go extra length to make all the arrangements, to align it for you. :-) SPLIT BEDS We are always happy to help our guests with specific bedding requests. One of the things makes our company a standout is the flexible bedding options we offer in all our properties. We have a standard setup which is stated in the welcome message. If you need more split single beds, the additional charge is - $20 for each King bed to be split as 2 singles (the reason for up -charges are extra linen stock and labour cost for cleaners to prepare the beds). Please note that we need to know ahead of time to prepare this for your stay. We understand things change right up to arrival date, but we have a 72-hour threshold to guarantee requests for specific set up requirements. We always try and help where we can, but we are not a hotel with in-house cleaning staff. The housekeepers come to all these residential buildings as an independent visit, so we need to be prepared.
