The space This 1 bedroom apartment has all you need for a comfortable stay surrounded by nature. The bedroom has two single beds and a desk with chairs. The sofa in the living room converts to a double so the apartment can host up to 4 guests. There is a well-equipped kitchen. The real draw here is that the property is surrounded by nature. and has wonderful amenities for everyone to enjoy: sauna, firepit, outdoor tables, and a gazebo. There is also an event space should you wish to host a larger function on site, with additional bedrooms to rent under U Gienka pod Lasem - please enquire. Hiking and bike trails through forests and villages surround the property, and the nearest lake is only about 7 km away. Guest access The apartment is completely yours for the duration of your stay. There are communal areas in the main guesthouse and even a sauna for guests to enjoy Other things to note We accept pets with prior permission only. An additional security deposit is required when bringing a pet. We dont allow smoking in the rooms. There are ashtrays outside but please be considerate of non smokers !0pm to 6am are quiet hours except when renting the whole house and event space for parties and functions.
