Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. Bus into the city center in 10 minutes. On a quiet cul-de-sac with free parking, as well as a private flowering garden with a fence around, sunny balcony and barbecue. Modern kitchen, large living room, plenty of seating for dinners both outdoors, in the dining room or in the kitchen. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms for rent, toilet/shower overlooking Gothenburg. In the basement, there is a large laundry room, sauna and an additional shower The space You have three separate bedrooms upstairs. All bedding and towels are included and you arrive at a clean and tidy house. Bedroom 1: 180 cm bed (2 persons) Bedroom 2: 120 cm bed (2 persons) Both of these bedrooms are spacious and you can, for example, fit a crib or extra mattress if required. Bedroom 3: single bed 90 cm. (1 person) Small room. & : Extra inflatable mattress: 150 cm (2 persons) It fits in bedroom 2 or in the living room, up to you and it is easy to move around if needed. It is easily inflated with a built-in cord that is plugged into a regular electrical outlet. (In the picture, it is in bedroom 2.) Living room: comfortable large corner sofa. For those of you who want to maximize sleeping places but are not particular about everyone having their own beds, you can sleep comfortably up to 2 people on the sofa and can borrow extra pillows/blankets/bedding. Actual beds for adults: 7 (3 bedrooms + mattress) If you want to stay more, especially if you are traveling with small children, are comfortable sleeping cramped or want to bring more of your own tent mattresses, then it is ok but I charge an extra fee: SEK 550 per additional guest after 5 people. For more than 8 guests: is perfectly ok for me, so state this at the time of booking and I will do my best to arrange as comfortable an accommodation as possible. Overview of three floors: Entry floor: Small guest toilet, kitchen, hall, living room & dining room. Upper floor (Note: stairs) 3 bedrooms, 1 toilet + shower. Wardrobe & dresser: in bedroom 2. Basement: Shower Laundry room incl. iron and detergent Sauna (electric, easy to start and heats up quickly) Extra front door and woodshed if you want to light a fire in the fireplace. Outside: Gas grill Balcony with seating for 5+3 There is also a small sofa group and hanging chair under the roof, cozy even in the rain if the evening is warm. Blankets are also available :) Outbuilding/storage room that works great as a playhouse, dollhouse with furniture, there are balls, kubb and various toys there for the smaller children. Let me know if small children are traveling and I will remove any tools, fertilizers or anything else that can be dangerous if you are small. The garden is just over 1000 m2 and since I work partly as a garden designer, I hope this will be extra nice to visit🌸 Let me know if you want cuttings or seeds from any plant and I'll see if it's the right time. There is a fence around the entire property, which makes it child- and dog-friendly. You basically have no view of the balcony except the neighbor's kitchen window. On my private driveway there is space for 2-3 cars. Parking along the street is free. Guest access You have access to most of the house, except for the basement storage, garage and a bedroom that is locked and belongs to my 13-year-old daughter. You live in the house yourself, but I try to meet up if needed for check-in/check-out. A written guest manual is available when you arrive and I am available by phone. Other things to note Fur allergy sufferers? We have a cat that lives with us and often dogs visiting, when we don't rent it out. The house is thoroughly cleaned, and all bed linens, towels are freshly washed. But for those with severe fur allergies, it's important to know that the accommodation will suit you 🐱
