Experience urban living at its finest!. The space Our stunning loft is located in the historic John Deere Warehouse, where industrial charm meets modern comfort! The spacious AIR CONDITIONED living area features all the comforts of home making it easy to unwind after a day of exploring the vibrant downtown core. Step into this beautiful and bright space, flooded with natural light and offering views of the city skyline through expansive east facing windows. While there is no formal bedroom, the open-concept layout provides a spacious and airy atmosphere. We can accommodate 2 guests, with the option to host up to 3. Should your party include 3 people we do require advance notice of additional guest to ensure comfortable sleeping arrangements are made. Please be aware that the second bed will be in close proximity to the main bed - great if you have a young child! Here's what you can expect during your stay: • Fully Stocked Kitchen • Queen Size Bed • Convertible chair: Need additional sleeping space? Simply request in advance, and we'll convert the bedroom chair into a Twin Size bed. • A Smart TV with Vizio TV channels as well as Netflix for the loft. If interested, please reach out in advance so we can check availability and try to accommodate your request. Self Check-In • Secure self check-in with a personal keypad code (instructions sent before arrival). • Airbnb profile photo must match the person checking in. • Government-issued ID may be requested to verify guest identity. • The person who booked must be the one to check in, unless arranged in advance. • Most guests use stairs from the underground parkade (2nd floor unit); elevator available if preferred. • Guests have full access to the loft and one heated underground parking stall (max clearance 6'3"). Keypad Entry & Building FOB Guests receive a personal code for loft entry and a key FOB for building access—secure and convenient for your stay. Guest Parking • One heated underground stall included (max clearance 6’3”). • Larger vehicles can use visitor parking behind the building ($15/24 hours). • Additional vehicles may use a public lot behind the building (not affiliated with hosts). Other things to note We aim to provide a great experience while maintaining a positive relationship with our building partners. Please review all house rules and important information for your stay. If you have any questions, don’t hesitate to reach out! ✦IMPORTANT✦ • Review loft rules, cancellation policy. • Central AC is available May through October. • The loft is an open space; a second single bed can be added upon request in advance. • LRT construction outside the building may cause minimal daytime noise. Contact us with concerns. • A $500 security deposit MAY be required for guests with new profiles, last-minute bookings, or concerning reviews. It will be refunded within 24 hours of checkout if no damage or violations occur. ✦PARKING✦ • 1 heated underground parking stall is included with your reservation. • Provide your vehicle’s make, color, and license plate when booking. • Vehicle height must be under 6'3" to fit in the parkade. Guests are responsible for any damage to vehicles or the parkade. • Additional parking may be available in visitor parking behind the building ($15/24hrs). Please notify us in advance if needed. ✦Early Check-In Policy✦ Early check-in may be available upon request. • If the suite happens to be ready early, we’re happy to offer early access at no charge. • If an early check-in requires priority cleaning, schedule changes, or additional staff, a $50 early check-in fee will apply and must be confirmed in advance. • Once confirmed, the early check-in secures priority access for the requested arrival window, subject to operational availability. Thank you for understanding — this helps us coordinate fairly with our cleaning team. ✦CANCELLATIONS✦ We follow our posted cancellation policy, please ensure that you read and understand this policy at the time of booking. If you wish to protect yourself from unexpected last minute cancellations, please consider purchasing your own travel insurance to obtain the level of protection you desire. ✦PHOTOGRAPHY/FILMING✦ • Professional photography or filming requires prior consent.
