A huge balcony with a beautiful view of the river and the sea is at your disposal. There is a brazier and firewood in the yard. Guest access The house is located 14 km from Batumi, in an ecologically clean area. We have great air! We have a large yard where you can park your car. Other things to note For rentals of 27 days or less, all utilities are included in the price. When renting for 28 days or more, large discounts are applied, while guests pay separately for the utilities consumed according to the tariffs and meter readings.
