The space No 4 Weavers Row is a modernized stone cottage situated on the outskirts of the quintessential North Oxfordshire village of Shutford within easy walking distance of the beautiful Norman church of St Martins that stands next to the recently re-opened George and Dragon public house that serves local ales and traditional home cooked food. Shutford is perfectly located for those wishing to visit the local landmarks all within about 30 minutes drive. Chipping Norton, Stratford upon Avon, Warwick castle, Royal Leamington Spa, Silverstone (F1 race track), Blenheim Palace, Didley Squat Farm, Broughton Castle a mere 10 minutes away and the famous Cock Horse at Banbury Cross in the local market town. No4 Weavers Row is the perfect country cottage for those wishing to holiday with their loyal doggy companions. it boasts a fully enclosed dog friendly rear garden and numerous country walks lead from the village. There is a washing machine within the laundry cupboard within the kitchen. The Sitting room has plenty of seating for relaxing with two sofas and a reclining easy chair. Although centrally heated throughout there is an electric "wood effect" stove in the fireplace. Upstairs.
