The house has a garden and a large square where you can sunbathe or have a cookout with our barbecue, and why not, enjoy a magnificent sunset in total peace of mind. The space The house, which can be booked for a minimum of two nights, is 100 square meters arranged on two levels, and can accommodate up to a maximum of 5 people. Pets are not allowed on the property, not even small ones, due to the owners' allergies. On the ground floor, there are: Open space with wall-mounted air conditioning, consisting of a kitchenette equipped with an electric oven, dishwasher, small appliances such as an immersion blender, toaster, microwave and Lavazza espresso coffee machine for pods; tablecloths, pots and dishes, and an extendable 6-seater table. Living room area with TV and sofa; 1 bathroom with a large shower and bidet. There is a space under the stairs used as a laundry area with a laundry tub, washing machine and clothes drying rack, which is completed outside the house by a rope for hanging the bulkiest laundry. There are also recycling bins in this area. The municipal waste collection is regulated by a cardboard calendar displayed prominently near the recycling bins. Upstairs, you will find: 1 bathroom with shower and bidet; 1 double bedroom with a 6-door wardrobe (4 available), two bedside tables and a dressing table + TV, a bench at the foot of the bed; 1 double bedroom + a single bed with a wardrobe and two bedside tables + TV, a bench at the foot of the bed; A floor-standing fan and wall-mounted air conditioners in both rooms. Bed linens are provided (with a change available for stays of at least 1 week), as well as a bedspread and a few heavier blankets. Bathroom linens: terry cloth face towels, bidet towels, and bath towels for each guest (with one change for stays of at least 1 week). Wi-Fi available in the house. There is a hairdryer in the bathroom. Outside, with direct access from the living area of the house, you will find a large space paved with porphyry and a garden area with citrus trees. The paved patio has a two-seater rocking chair and a large table equipped with six chairs to allow for comfortable al-fresco dining. There is a barbecue available for roasting meat. The entire house is fenced, and the only access gate, for both pedestrians and vehicles, is an electric sliding gate operated by remote control. Guests can park their car in a private space inside the gate, to the side of the house. Other things to note We expect the guest to leave the property in the same condition as it was delivered. Any damages or malfunctions should be reported to the host as soon as they occur, and in any case before departure to give time for repairs or replacements.
