Amanecer Akumal #3, 2 Bedroom 2 Bath Sunlit Condo

Condo #3 has 2 Bedrooms + 2 Full Baths, AC & fans, TV, updated high speed fiber optic WiFI, Smoke and CO detectors. Unit # 3 has large Living and Dining rooms with lots of light, Mexican tile and Mahogany accents. There is a fully equipped kitchen, & two bedrooms, a master with a king bed and en suite bath, and a second with twin beds that can be joined. It is fully air conditioned and has fans overhead plus TV and Wifi. The crystal clear plunge pool has bar stools in the water for a drinks! The space Akumal Mexico is a beautiful and relaxing place to stay. The gorgeous beaches, great attractions, a laid-back atmosphere, and the amazing local cuisine of Akumal will make you wish you never had to leave! Owners Sam and Marian, Anthony and Joan, and Kathy fell in love with the area and vacationed there for over 20 years. Together with their local friend and eventual partner Pio, they choose to build Amanecer Akumal. We personally chose every tile and the woodwork of a local carpenter to get the warmth you will feel as you enter your condo unit. In Akumal, you will find many supermarkets, convenience stores, an open-air market, a taxi stand, and a variety small shops. There is also a gym which offers yoga classes. Scuba lessons and spectacular dives are available from three local shops. The ruins of Tulum and Coba are also just a short drive (20-40 minutes) away. Guest access Guests are free to use the pool area, always mindful that there are no lifeguards. Please use only plastic cups there and respect the other guests regarding noise and time of day. Additionally, guests may use the table and chairs, lounges and shade on the rooftop terrace. The stars are incredible on clear evenings. Parking on premesis depends on availability, by parking carefully all guests can be accomadated. Other things to note Three restaurants are very close by as are two small stores. Just 1 mile away near Akumal center, there are five other great restaurants, an open market, Scuba shops and larger stores. Taxis are available there.
