Great lighting throughout the entire house with high speed internet. Ceiling fans in majority of the rooms , AC and heater can be set to your preferred temperature. In the living room enjoy the Smart TV, board games and assortment of Blue-ray/DVD's. Cozy living room where you can relax, watch movies and play some games. Fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, and everything you need to prepare delicious family meals. We offer a Keurig and complementary K-pods and a few snacks for all our guests. Master bedroom with a King size bed and private bathroom. You can lay back and enjoy watching your shows on the 50 inch TV with a Roku. Laundry room equipped with a full size washer, dryer, iron and countertop iron board. Complimentary detergent pods and fabric sheets will be provided for the first couple loads. Note: The whole house is available for use except for the outdoor shed. Guest access The house is located in a quiet neighborhood and has a private driveway and can park one car in the garage. Other things to note A maximum of two dogs are allowed on the property. A $35 pet fee will be required. Dogs must be well behaved and house trained.
