In a villa on a quiet, gated road with no traffic noise, a 20 m² room is available to let, along with access to a private bathroom with a shower. In the room is a bed that pulls out to a double bed. There is a dining area, sofa and TV with Chromecast, microwave, cooking kettle and its own fridge with freezer. In the house, me and my wife live as well as our cat. We are very fond of nature so part of our garden is Wild on purpose. It is a 10 minute walk to the station and from there 11 minutes to Copenhagen Central Station. The space The room and bathroom are used only by guests during their stay. Parking Cars can be parked for free in front of the house, and it will always be possible to get a space. Public transit It takes 8 minutes to walk from our home to Åmarken train station and from here it takes 12 minutes by train to Copenhagen Central Station in the center of Copenhagen. Åmarken station is located in zone 2. The train runs every 10 minutes. You can buy a "Copenhagen card", which provides free public transport and free access to +80 attractions. However, most guests just choose to buy a single ticket for the train if they want to go into the center of Copenhagen and then walk around to the attractions in Copenhagen. Train tickets can be purchased in vending machines at the station Nature 10 minutes' walk from our home is the sea, and a natural area with birds. Supermarket A 3-minute walk from the home is a supermarket "365 Discount", which is open daily from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. Other things to note The flat is optimised for 2 people.
