Welcome to our charming individual outbuilding! We invite you to discover our beautiful 40m² space located at the bottom of our garden, where calm reigns supreme. This outbuilding offers all the comforts necessary for a pleasant stay with a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living room, a bathroom, a bedroom with a double bed, and a sofa bed in the living room. For your comfort, the outbuilding is equipped with air conditioning and Wi-Fi. Guest access Ideally located in Vaires-sur-Marne, just a 10-minute walk from the shops and Vaires-Torcy train station, which connects to Paris in 18 minutes. Explore Paris in 20 minutes by train via the P line or Disneyland in 20 minutes via the A4 highway. The Olympic Water Stadium, host of the 2024 Olympics, is just a 200-meter walk away. You also have direct access to the A104 and A4 highways in 3 minutes. Other things to note - The accommodation is non-smoking. - As stated in the Airbnb regulations, parties are prohibited in the outbuilding.
