Two Ponds - Spacious 1 Bed Suite

Two Ponds is an estate located in the hamlet of North Branch within the town of Callicoon. Situated on 11 acres, the property features two tranquil ponds circulated by eagles and Canadian geese. Your room has been designed for tranquility and privacy, and features an ensuite bathroom. We are also quite close to Bethel Woods (about a 20 minute drive), so if you are coming in for a concert there or just to check out the museum at the original site of Woodstock, we’re always a great place to stay! The space Your room is furnished with a King bed furnished with a memory foam mattress and memory foam pillows. In the evenings, cosy up under the warm duvet and wake up to wandering deer outside of the large picture window that overlooks the ponds. The en-suite bathroom has a large tiled shower that has endless hot water, a hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, and a jack-and-jill double sink. Guest access You will have access to our chef's kitchen, our living room down in the basement that has a TV with Roku, and a second sitting area upstairs which makes for a perfect place to sit down and read a book. You are also able to wander the 11 acres, or relax and read by the ponds (highly recommend)! During your stay We live in the house that you'll be staying in and are always available for questions, restaurant recommendations, and hiking recommendations! Other things to note We are pet parents to Louis Armstrong (our adorable Shih Tzu), Parker Armande (a sleek black cat), and Jane Austen (our reclusive long haired kitten).
