Welcome to our charming and spacious 3-year-old lake house located on the serene Quiver Lake. Situated on a 4-lot property, this inviting retreat offers 3 bedrooms, accommodating up to 10 guests. Enjoy the cozy fire pit overlooking the picturesque Quiver Lake, perfect for unwinding with loved ones. Just a short drive away from downtown Havana, you'll have easy access to dining and shopping, ensuring a well-rounded and enjoyable stay. The space • Living Room: Enjoy undisturbed views of Quiver Beach from the comfort of two leather couches and a leather recliner. Perfect for movie nights, the Roku TV adds entertainment with a stunning lake backdrop. • Dining Room: A large, expandable table seats 8 guests, ideal for family meals and gatherings. • Bedrooms: • Master Bedroom: King-sized bed with an attached bathroom. • Guest Room: King-sized bed. • Third Room: Two bunk beds with 2 queens and 2 twin XL beds, accommodating a total of 10 guests. • Bathrooms: • Second full bath near the two guest rooms. • Third half bath on the main floor. • Kitchen: Fully equipped with a refrigerator, air fryer/toaster oven, dishwasher, coffee makers, microwave, dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and a stove. • Game Room: Features upright arcade games for nostalgic fun. Guest access Guests will have the entire home to themselves except the unfinished basement. Please note that the hill at the back of the property is very steep and difficult to navigate, so the view can only be enjoyed from the top. Children must be supervised at all times. While the house is safe for children, it is not childproofed. Being near the water, bugs are inevitable. We spray monthly and do our best to keep insects outside, but bringing some bug spray is recommended. Get ready to enjoy our house in a natural and serene setting. Other things to note Our charming lakefront property sits on top of a scenic 70-foot lake front embankment. Please note that at this time there isn’t access to the water and guests are strictly prohibited from going down due to the steep terrain and lack of stairs. Enjoy the serene beauty and peaceful ambiance of the lake from our elevated vantage point, and relax by the fire pit knowing you can safely appreciate the picturesque surroundings from above.
