My first house would have fit comfortably in this one room… TWICE! There are individual temperature controls for each room, Smart TV’s throughout, brand new gym equipment, the furniture is custom designed by me and made by hand from locally grown cedar, there is even a POOL TABLE that has recently been re-covered. The nearest neighbors are nearly half a mile away, but there is 24-hr ON-SITE STAFF to provide security, and extra services upon request like daily cleaning, (including the kitchen for all you chefs out there! ;-) even daily linen service. From the outdoor breakfast area to the STUNNING POOL AREA to the newly installed BEACH VOLLEYBALL pit, this property simply wouldn’t or couldn’t be built today for rent at this absurdly low price.
