The Apartment has it's own separate porch and entrance and is extremely private. Different from most spaces in Barbados it is open and functional but not crowded. The outside porch offers the most amazing DIRECT waterfront views of the sea. The ocean breeze is very strong and cool... a definite advantage for this area since most homes need air conditioning. Ceiling fans are inside in every room for added comfort. A very sizable bathroom with a tub and washing machine. Extra large bathroom and very nice sized and fully equipped kitchen with lots of counter space. Bar stools and a "eat in" bar provide a comfortable setting for a meal large or small. A very large outdoor porch with AMAZING views of the ocean and sea breezes. Lovely gardens abound with coconut, almond and banana trees .Lots of tropical flowers and orchids. Short walk to catch the bus and only 5 mins to the Crane Resort and Beach which is 1 of the 10 top beaches in the world. Secluded and private but close enough to enjoy ALL of the Barbados attractions. We can also arrange a rental car. Ceiling fans in every room create a nice and cool environment. Excellent fresh water from the tap and American wiring in the apartment for your electronics. Wireless WIFI Internet access. Internet television with Netflix. A welcome kit with microwave popcorn, fresh fruit, Banks beer, Coca Cola, Ginger Ale, Coffee and Tea is provided. Only 5 minutes from the Airport makes it easy for overnight layovers. Pickup and drop off options are available. Just a note. This is my home and not a hotel. I am the owner, manager, gardener, handyman, plumber and electrician. This is not a hotel or a business it is an invitation to experience what it is like to live in the Caribbean. It is comfortable, safe and cozy. It is an unforgettable and beautiful home. Guest access The owner has a private car and is willing to pickup guests from the Airport and return as well if he is on the island. The Apartment has it's own private entrance and the house is located in the very private prestigious Greenpoint Development Other things to note As with any interaction between Guest and Host the experience is heightened by a pleasant and memorable stay. Every effort will be made to make the stay rewarding for both parties. I am not a tour guide but I can advise you to the best experiences on the island.
