10 min from downtown, 20 min from Magic Springs, 25 min to lake Ouachita, 15 min from Hot Springs Village. King bed, laundry, and full kitchen/bath. Safely tucked behind our primary home - relaxing porch with wooded views. Quiet neighborhood. Feel free to love on our friendly cats, Tate (orange) and Sylvie (gray). We also have an Australian Shepherd pup, Heidi. She LOVES to visit with our guests, but can be put away if needed. The space We have one memory foam king bed and a sofa that pulls out into a full/queen. There is a memory foam mattress topper and extra pillows/linens available for the sofa bed to ensure a restful sleep. We supply firewood for evening campfires. Guest access We have a short walking trail around our property that you may explore! The street we live on is generally calm and quiet, great for taking walks, although there are neighborhood dogs you might encounter. We walk/bike around the neighborhood often and never have any issues.
