Unique family villa with sea view

We rent out our lovely family house at Gl. Skagen when we are not using it ourselves. Relax with friends/family in the special Skagen atmosphere in scenic surroundings, complemented by the light and views of heather, dunes and the North Sea. The garden is enclosed and private with sun-filled terraces throughout the day, making it ideal for children of all ages. The sunset can be enjoyed from the 1st floor balcony. We have a wilderness bath, 2 loan bikes, annex (4 people) and private exit to the path directly to the beach, Meny is only 300 away. The space The house is 207 sqm, cozy and personal and practically decorated so you can relax, even if there are many of you. The large kitchen-living room is suitable for communal dining, board games and social activities with direct access to enclosed garden and sun terraces. If you need peace and quiet, you can retreat to the beautiful living room on the first floor, with an integrated bedroom, work table and cozy corner as well as access to the sunset balcony. There is also a full bathroom on the first floor. The newly built annex is designed for a youth room/children's family with a sofa bed and bunk bed. We use the house ourselves with children of all ages, and have over time experienced how big and small can enjoy themselves together when there is room for different activities. Guest access All rooms in the house may be used, as well as the one bedroom in the annex with space for 2 adults (and 2 children). The wilderness bath is filled when you arrive (except in months with frost) and may be used. A pump with UV light is attached that kills all microorganisms, but in addition we also use chlorine. For fire safety, we recommend that you are at home when the fire is lit. There are two loan bicycles that may be used Other things to note There are 3 free parking spaces. The house's electrical installations are not designed to charge electric cars. Electric chargers are available at Meny and in town.
