[Large gathering of DIY and town development enthusiasts] Hello! We are the Shibata family living in Minowa-cho, Nagano Prefecture ♪ My husband Keiki is a member of the Regional Development Cooperation Corps, and he is working on the revitalization of vacant houses and building communities. We've been living here for two years. The Ina Valley, where this town is located, is rich in nature, and is a wonderful place to enjoy It's a very nice place. But its charm is still unknown, so I'm trying to create a place where I can secretly teach. So, January 2024 We purchased a 100-year-old house that had been vacant for a long time, "CAFE & STAY Kamon -cảm ơn-" (tentative) We decided to open it. ・ I am interested in old house renovation and DIY ・ In the future, I want to renovate and live in a vacant house ・ I have worked as a carpenter and in construction ・ I am interested in regional revitalization and regional revitalization ・ Want to experience the lifestyle of Shinshu Ina Valley If you are, then Let's come on! Let's DIY♪ * This plan is limited to 2024 The space Reservations are accepted for 2 nights or 3 days. * Please message us for short or long term stays. The old house that is being renovated is right in front of the guest house. Guest access The host family also lives in the guest house, so there are many shared areas. Also, I have very lively sons (4 and 7 years old) and I am pregnant with my third child, so I would like to have guests who like children or who can live with children *. Other things to note * Since I am expecting my third child in October, I would like someone with carpentry experience to come until then. Thank you.
