Welcome to my stylish and spacious converted warehouse apartment in the heart of Surry Hills. Located on a tree lined street, our building is clean and secure, with the best local amenities on your doorstep. The light rail is a moments walk away. My place is thoughtfully designed to ensure you have the best possible stay. I also have another one bedroom apartment in this building if you are a group travelling together. The space Single storey apartment on the ground floor of this secure and clean building in Surry Hills. Walk into my place which features the bathroom upon entry. This room features a shower, sink and toilet. Toiletries and towels are provided for your stay. The laundry also forms part of this room with a washer and dryer available. The large open plan chef’s kitchen features everything you need for a comfortable stay. Walk through into the open plan living and dining area. There’s a small sofa and ottoman for your comfort as well as a smart TV. Dining/workspace for up to 4 people is available. Our bedroom is accessible up a step into the back part of the apartment. The apartment is all open plan with high ceilings and windows. The bedroom is separated with a screen. The bedroom features a queen bed alongside new luxury linens for your stay. There’s also a fitted wardrobe with an ironing board and iron alongside a clothes airer. My place is available for both long and short term stays. Please reach out with any questions you might have about this. Parking spot is available for $15 per night. Garage has a high restriction of 2m. Please note - this needs to be booked in advance in case the other apartment is using it. Bins location: The bins are outside, situated in the car park area. Please note: My place doesn't have air conditioning. Guest access The entire apartment. Other things to note Please be conscious we are a converted warehouse apartment, and my space has some quirks. We have concrete floors throughout, rugs are provided for your comfort. One of the standout features of my space is its windows. Please operate the blinds with care as due to the height it’s not an easy task to fix them ;) Surry Hills is a bustling locale. If you are looking for a zen retreat with no outside noise then this space isn’t right for you. We provide essential cleaning supplies for your convenience during your stay, including: Floor cleaner Dishwasher liquid Hand-wash Kitchen cleaner Glass cleaner Toilet cleaner Please do not throw away any of the bottles, even if they appear empty — we refill and reuse them as part of our effort to reduce waste.
