The space This countryside property offers the best of both worlds - a peaceful and serene setting with easy access to modern conveniences. It’s well connected to the main road, just a short four minutes drive maintaining a convenient connection to nearby cities and Tivat airport just 9.2km away. Residents can enjoy a tranquil rural lifestyle while still being within a short distance to markets and restaurants located less than 2km away. The Old Town Kotor is located only 11km away from the village, which makes it a perfect sightseeing trip for guests. There are two close popular beaches, Bigova (7km) and Jaz Beach (12km) that guests can visit. Guest access The house consists of three floors, including the ground floor. There is a shared rustic dining area and kitchen right on the ground floor, the bedrooms are on the second floor. There is a small shared common room area, also on the second floor, available for guests to either relax or use it as a waiting room if they happen to come before check in time. The host lives in an apartment on the first floor. The exterior consist of a parking space area, a big lawn, a swimming pool and a hot tub as well as a back garden with fresh produce. During your stay The host Zoran is friendly and available at all times since he lives on the premises with his wife, the guests are also free to call the phone number provided and use messages to address any issues that need to be resolved. Other things to note Guest are free to use the common room area on the third floor, the swimming pool and hot tub at all times, however there are some basic safety rules regarding the use of the pool, that are listed on the pool deck. The ground floor dining room and kitchen after breakfast is finished, can be used upon request and the owner's approval.
