Small 2 room approx. 50 sqm ground floor flat in a 6-family house in a quiet dead end in a industrial park in Bottrop Grafenwald. Movie Park can be reached in approx. 10 minutes by car, Westfield Centro or Schalke Arena in approx. 20 minutes, but there is also a good bus connection (approx. 100 m). A small supermarket is approx. 1 km away, a petrol station open 24/7 approx. 300 m and the Grafenmühle holiday area approx. 3 km away. Larger supermarkets are located within a radius of approx. 4 km. The space The flat was renovated and modernised in 2023 and consists of: - a separate bedroom with a queen-size bed, a sliding door wardrobe and a commode - a living/dining area with a small kitchenette with basic equipment, seating for 4 people, a pull-out living room couch as well as a TV - a daylight bathroom with shower. Bed linen and towels are provided and are included in the price. There is a washing machine for the flat in the basement of the house which you are welcome to use for an additional charge. Heating is provided by a modern ceiling heating system. In addition, all windows have pleated blinds as well as electric external blinds. The light in the living room can be dimmed in 3 stages by pressing the light switch several times. The entire flat is equipped with WLAN. Bicycles are available free of charge. Smoking is prohibited in the entire flat, but there is a bench and an ashtray in front of the house. Pets are welcome but should not be allowed on the furniture. There are lovely opportunities for a dog walk in the neighbourhood. If you need anything else that is not generally available in the flat (e.g. iron, hoover, mop, high chair etc.), please do not hesitate to contact us. We want you to feel at home. Guest access The flat is located on the ground floor on the left side. It can be checked in and out conveniently and flexibly by using the key box.
