Nearby there is a park, waterfront, cafes, restaurants, grocery stores, clothes and shoes, specialty shops, a fish market, a pharmacy, a market, a hairdresser, a jewelry store, a Croatian lottery, and a nightclub. The airport is only 4 kilometers away, while the bus stop is right nearby. The apartments have been recently renovated and luxuriously furnished. They feature a stylish bathroom, a spacious double bedroom with a 160x200 cm bed, and a modern kitchen and living room with a comfortable sofa bed that offers a bed of the same dimension. The living room is also equipped with seating for four people. For your comfort, the apartments are equipped with a hairdryer, towels, a washing machine, a glass ceramic hob, an oven, a toaster, a Dolce Gusto coffee machine, a microwave, a kettle, a large fridge with freezer, and all necessary dishes and cooking utensils. There are two TVs (one in the bedroom, one in the living room), two air conditioners, as well as fibre internet with free Wi-Fi access. Free parking is available at a distance of 15 and 200 meters, while public parking near the apartment is available with a monthly ticket of 25 euros.
