Miss Laura’s Cottage

Located on 11 acres this cottage provides one of the most peaceful and relaxing locations around. Situated on a one acre pond and surrounded by long leaf pine woods, it is hard to imagine that it is actually located in the city limits of Jesup. The interior is all tongue and groove pine with cathedral ceilings and has an amazing walk in shower. The screened front porch will quickly become one of your favorite sitting areas. Miss Laura’s Cottage has one king bed and a sleeper sofa. The space Miss Laura’s cottage was built by my brother and I for our mother. It is a one bedroom, bath and a half cottage that is perfect for a couple. There is a sleeper sofa if needed. All of the walls and ceilings are tongue and groove pine with cathedral ceilings in the main room and bedroom. The walk in shower is supplied with a tankless water heater. The porch is the ideal place to sit and enjoy the view of the pond and the woods. This cottage is completely surrounded by long leaf pine woods. Even though is secluded and surrounded by woods, it is only minutes from anything in Jesup and 45 minutes to the coast. Guest access Guest are welcome to fish in the pond. It has bass and bluegills. We have a few rod and reels and some tackle available for guests to use. I do ask that all bluegill are thrown back.
