Includes fully stocked coffee and tea station with Starbucks and traditional supplies available. • Half bathroom off the kitchen for convienence Third Story • Bedroom (nearly 300 square feet) with ensuite, 2-sink bathroom, and a sizeable double hallway closet. The room has a 43-inch TV, a full-length mirror, and another desk with a chair for working. Premium window treatments for complete control of privacy and lighting in the room. House Rules: • NO PARTIES ALLOWED. Please have fun and enjoy the property while being respectful to the neighbors and the surrounding neighborhood. • Quiet hours begin at 10 pm – especially outside. • No events and no more than 4 people on the property at any given time without prior approval from the host. Guest access No keys are required at the property - everything is coded/keyless. There is parking for up to two vehicles (1 in the garage and one in the driveway). There is plenty of street parking available, as well. Other things to note • Exterior security cameras for guest safety. For our extended stays - We require access to the home every 7-10 days for a standard cleaning. This helps maintain the level of cleanliness we strive to achieve, as well, helps us maintain the integrity of the furniture and amenities.
