I live between "Thunderbird Hotel (Casino Fiesta)" and "Condado Hotel", in the best place in Miraflores. In front, crossing the street, I have a complete supermarket name Vivanda. Vegan restaurants, Coffe's, Banks, many shops of different kinds of things, molls, Churches, Casinos, Gyms, etc. You can walk or jog along the boardwalk, see the sunset. You can walk to Kennedy`s Park where you can eat tipical peruvian dishes. There are cinemas... This is a wonderful place because everything is near. Half a block away, you can find laundries, Chinese, Arabic, Spanish and peruvian food. In the corner of the street, you can find the "Marriott Courtyard Hotel". If you want to travel within Perú, there are several travel agencies near too. The neighborhood is very safe and friendly, full of cafes, bars, restaurants, discos and attractions. The "Malecón", Parque kennedy and beach are near so you can get there by walking. Barranco, the cultural district where you can visit art galleries and museums and enjoy an exciting nightlife, is just 10 minutes away in taxi. As taxis are very cheap in Lima, this is the easiest way to get around. There are also lots of bus lines and vans to go anywhere in the city. Many taxis pass in front of the building, you just negociate the price with each one. I can also call a satelital taxi for you, their prices are fair. If you need someone to take you to different parts of Lima, I can recomend you a friend who lost his job and help himself taking people to different places. Near, you have Av. Benavides and Av. Larco, a lot of buses pass all day and can take you everywhere in Lima. They are very cheap. I work give singing classes from the apartment. I live with adopted cats but they don´t go inside the guest´s room. My pets are very friendly and quiet. Petting and playing are always welcome, but please don’t feed them.
