All extensions are subject to availability. We offer late check-out till 12 pm max which is a paid extra, the usual check-out is 10 am. In order for us to comply with COVID-19 cleaning guidelines and cleaning measures, please check out on time so that we can prepare the apartment for the next guest. Other things to note This property is not suitable for parties! This is a breach of house rules & will result in immediate removal from the property via security and This apartment is in a residential area, so after 9 pm the quiet times to be respected. Any loud music, parties, or smoking will also result in immediate removal from the accommodation/apartment. No loud disturbances, and/or noise-nuisance are allowed or tolerated on these premises. We issue one polite request (warning) to reduce the noise. If our request is not followed, the guest will be asked to leave the unit without a refund. Pets are allowed upon request, charges apply.
