Located in the exclusive Featherbrooke Estate, Hillside Villa is a modern, large and spacious 3 bedroom Villa that can accommodate up to eight guests. Ideally located close to many national attractions, the entire Villa is available to guests offering maximum privacy and security. There is a private swimming pool and a shaded patio, bar and entertainments area. There is a large open plan kitchen and dining area with 2 spacious seating areas for relaxation and comfort. The space Located in the exclusive Featherbrooke Estate, Hillside Villa is only 5 minute’s drive from the Walter Sisulu National Botanical Gardens, 10 minutes from the Cradle of Human kind and 20 minutes from the Bothongo Lion & Rhino Nature Reserve. The entire Villa is available to guests offering maximum privacy. The Villa is spacious and luxurious with a private swimming pool and a shaded patio, bar and entertainments area. There is a large open plan kitchen and dining area with 2 spacious seating areas for relaxation and comfort. A large smart TV is provided with Netflix and YouTube available. There is also a genuine work space with two desks available. The kitchen is large with a separate rinsing sink and a two sink bowl wash up area. Filtered water is available on tap. The kitchen has lots of storage space and all the amenities you would expect. An oven, a microwave and a toaster are all featured, as well as a kettle. There is a large dishwasher and a 13Kg washing machine provided too. There are 3 bedrooms. Each bedroom is spacious and can accommodate at least 2 adults. The Master bedroom is very large, with a super king bed and also a bunk bed for children. This can be thought of as a family room. The Master en-suite is also large with a corner bath, spacious shower and both his & her sinks. Bed linen and towels are included. The Master bedroom also has a very large and spacious balcony for guest’s enjoyment and a hairdryer is provided. Bedrooms 2 and 3 are located at the other end of the house. Both are double rooms with their own balcony with views across the valley. These two bedrooms enjoy their own bathroom and toiletries are provided. There is also an internal balcony providing a large and open central area that connects the large downstairs kitchen dining area with the upstairs landing. This allows the house to feel open and bright with two large 2 storey windows that flood the central area with light. The Villa has a large driveway with enough space for 6 cars off street parking and there is also a double garage available to guests. The Villa has air conditioning throughout with remote control provided. There is a bar fridge available for guests behind the bar and there is a newly installed luxury gas fire in the dining area providing instant heat. Free Wi-Fi is available to guests at 50Mb/s download and 50 Mb/s upload speed. In the event of a power cut there are rechargeable lamps provided throughout the property and the Wi-Fi has battery back-up. Both of these provide up to 4 hours back up power for the lights and Wi-Fi. There is a private landscaped garden available for guests with enough grass area for children to play. The estate facilities are also available to guests. These are located at the estate club house which is located a short 5 minute walk from the Villa. The facilities include Eatery 83, the estate restaurant with an upstairs bar with views across the valley. The restaurant also has free Wi-Fi and charging ports available for devices. At the estate Clubhouse there are also Tennis Courts, Squash Courts, a Skate Park, Cricket Nets and an outdoor gym all available to guests. The tennis courts and squash courts can be booked for free via the host. The Eatery 83 menu is available online and they deliver free of charge to the Villa. The swimming pool is medium size @ 20,000 litres with a step at each end where younger children can play when supervised. Barbecue facilities are available to guests in the shaded patio area. Both a built in gas barbecue and a charcoal Weber kettle barbecue are provided for guests. The nearest airport is Lanseria International Airport, 23 km from the Villa and OR Tambo International Airport is 60km by car. Families particularly like the location for it’s safety, privacy and spaciousness. All guests are required to treat estate staff and residents with respect at all times and noise levels within the estate are to be kept to a minimum between 10pm and 8am. Guest access The entire Villa is available to guests including the pool, shaded patio and bar area. The bedrooms, work space, TV area, sitting areas, double garage and driveway are also available.
