Sunny half of semi-detached house centrally located in Larvik. Well-equipped home with everything you need for a great stay. It has its own private, fenced and cozy garden. Front door with Yale Doorman code lock (this is also on the basement entrance). Driveway parking and street parking. There is access to Easee electric cars if needed (this has to be agreed upon in advance). The space The home is on 3 floors. On the 1st floor you will find the hallway/entrance hall, a well-equipped kitchen and living room with dining table with room for 6 (8) people, sofa, TV and wood-burning stove. On the 2nd floor there are two bedrooms (one with a double bed 180*200 cm and one with a day bed that can be pulled out to two beds), separate toilet room, bathroom with shower cabinet and heating cables in the floor. On the basement floor (which also has a private entrance that can be used), there is a bathroom/laundry room with toilet, shower cabin and washing machine. There is also the basement living room and bedroom (there is no door between these, only doorway). The double bed in the bedroom in the basement is 150*200 cm. And then there's a sofa bed in the basement. On the outdoor area there is sun from the morning and about until it sets. Here are a lot of different seating zones you can use, as well as a garden room. Awning and umbrella to fit in the shade if desired. There is an outdoor kitchen with water tap (only cold water) and gas grill that you can use. Hot tub can also be found on the outdoor area, as well as solar heated outdoor shower. There is a short distance to the bus stop, like 150 meters, and about 7 minutes by car or 28 minutes by foot to the train station. About 4 minutes by car or 17 minutes by foot to the bakery or shop. Guest access You can use one half of the vertically divided duplex as well as an associated outdoor area alone. Other things to note Would like to inform you that I myself have two dogs that live in the home on a daily basis, so I would like to point out that there may be discomfort for someone who is allergic.
