The space This 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom coastal destination has everything you need to spend a long weekend relaxing by the outdoor fireplace, playing horseshoes in the yard and BBQing a feast in your outdoor kitchen! All bedrooms boast luxurious queen beds, thoughtfully decorated to reflect the character of the house! - Bedroom 1, located on the main floor for easy access, and a full bathroom with a lovely century accurate clawfoot tub right down the hall! - Bedrooms 2, 3 & 4, located upstairs on the 2nd level, each with shared access to two full bathrooms with walk-in showers! A well-appointed kitchen with all the necessary appliances and starter spices makes it easy to make a meal as you may not want to leave once you arrive! Board games, cards, and smart tv with complimentary Netflix are available for your stay. Washer & dryer is located next to the house with a separate entrance. The large outdoor kitchen is perfect for grilling for family & friends while they enjoy a wood burning fireplace in the Gazebo, taking in the bay views! Or grab chairs and roast s'mores around the in-ground fire-pit! Enjoy a game of Horseshoes while a feast is grilling on the BBQ! With 56ft of driveway space, and a completely fenced in property, guests are welcome to pull their boats straight into to the property for easy & safe parking! Special mention is deserved for all the fisherman - public boat launch, pier & cleaning station located 2 minutes down the road! Guest access Guests will have full access to the home which includes 1st & 2nd levels of the home, laundry room, an expansive deck with seating, large yard, outdoor cooking space & Gazebo and plenty of parking space. Other things to note Please be aware, this home has a very strict NO pets/animals policy due to family's severe allergy to animal dandruff. We kindly ask for the health & safety of the Owner's family, if you are traveling with animals of any kind, please choose a different property to book. Please note, there are 3 security cameras located outside the house for property & guest safety. Two are pointed towards property entrances respectively, and one inside the Gazebo for fire safety. Lawn care service is performed weekly at the property.
