This lovely oasis overlooks what makes Abruzzo so beautiful, the Majellaberget, the Adriatic Sea and the high located villages. Enjoy this in a quiet, quiet and close to nature environment with 10 min. walk to the small village of Monteodorisio. There is a bakery, café and shops. The villa has a large plot without neighbors around the corner. To the nearest town (Vasto) they take about 10 minutes by car and to the beach it takes about 15 minutes. A very large terrace with great views and outstanding sunsets is also available on this level. A half staircase down from the ground floor is a large kitchen and living room in an open lovely layout. From this room you go out on the terrace. All bedrooms as well as kitchen/living room are equipped with AC. Other things to note The house is newly renovated from scratch was put into operation in 2024. Renovation of an annex next to the house is still not started and therefore turned off for guests.
