Welcome to The Pender Place! The little house with a lot of perks! Enjoy a complete new kitchen, fully furnished with everything you need away from home including a three stage water filter system, coffee & tea bar, comfortable bedrooms, one with TV. Large Roku TV in living room, washer & dryer, front porch with lighting and seating, covered carport with additional off-road parking. Just a few blocks from local shops and businesses. We're located in the hub of the beautiful Ozarks! The space The Pender Place offers 2 queen beds that allow (4) guests to sleep comfortably and living room with 2 comfortable couches and a large Roku TV. A new kitchen with everything you need to fix meals, plus a three stage water filter system. There are steps getting into the house that are not handicap accessible. It features a covered carport and a covered front porch with seating and lights. Also offer's a laundry room with a washer and dryer. The bathroom has a tub and shower unit, with quality towels. Guest access You are able to enjoy the backyard with an area sitting around the fire pit and some outdoor lighting and always welcome to enjoy sitting on the covered front porch with lighting and comfortable seating at The Pender Place.
