The space The Pender Place offers 2 queen beds that allow (4) guests to sleep comfortably and living room with 2 comfortable couches and a large Roku TV. A new kitchen with everything you need to fix meals, plus a three stage water filter system. There are steps getting into the house that are not handicap accessible. It features a covered carport and a covered front porch with seating and lights. Also offer's a laundry room with a washer and dryer. The bathroom has a tub and shower unit, with quality towels.
