But our all units in same size with same facilities :) The space The unit itself is a 90 sq. meters ( 968sq ft) apartment which features two bedrooms with ensuite baths, an open-concept kitchen, a living area, a dining area. The main door opens to the hall that leads to the dining area and open-concept kitchen. The living hall, which is right infront of the dining area, features a luxurious four seater sofa, a coffee table and a low pile rug. Guest access The apartment provides the following:| towel(s) , shower gel, shampoo, hand wash, dish detergent, hair dryer, iron, ironing board,Kettle, Microwave and fridge. Guests also have access to WiFi 24/7, Washing Machine, Drying Rack for Clothing. * Please take note that this listing is not included with free parking. We can arrange for you parking for an additional charge upon arrival by cash per car 10rm/day (unlimited in and out) Other things to note *Please note that:- 1. Our check-in time starts from 4pm and check-out time until 12pm 2. This is non-smoking unit. Smoking strictly not allowed. A fine of 1200rm will be imposed 3. Quiet time after 10pm 4.
