BRAND NEW 1 bedroom lower-level suite with full kitchen and separate entrance, located a 10 minute walk from downtown Jasper & 5 minute walk from grocery store. Comfortable for a family or two couples - just ask for more details! The space Enter this brand new 1-bedroom lower-level suite from the completely private side entrance. Head downstairs (about 15 stairs) to the suite landing where you'll have access to a storage closet for all of your gear. As you enter the suite, you walk directly into the fully equipped kitchen (stove, oven, fridge, microwave, coffee maker with coffee, toaster, kettle, pots, pans, utensils, dishware and cutlery) and living room. The kitchen has two bar stools at the counter and a small breakfast table to enjoy your meals. The living room has a couch, coffee table and smart TV with access to cable TV, Netflix, Prime, Disney, etc (free high speed WIFI included). Walking down the hallway you will find a full bathroom and one bedrooms. The bathroom has a full sized tub/shower, toilet and vanity with sink as well as Rocky Mountain Soap Co. amenities! The bedroom boasts a queen bed with a pillow top mattress as well as large closet for your clothing/luggage. You will also have access to an upright washer and dryer with included laundry detergent. If you are travelling with small children, a pack and play, high chair, and child friendly dinnerware and utensils as well as toys to make your trip more enjoyable can be provided upon request. You will talk through the tall gate to the right of the main entrance to find your side entrance with a keypad lock. You will be messaged the code by 4:00pm the day of your arrival. If the suite is available earlier, you will be texted the code when it is ready. The code will work for both entry doors (the main entry at the side of the house and the entry at the bottom of the stairs).
