Beautiful apartment in Rosenborg/Tyholt with access to all common rooms/facilities. 20 min walk to the city center/NTNU, near bus stop. Tenants have a bedroom and also have a comfortable sofa bed (bed inside 140 cm) in the living room. There are very good sun conditions and great views.
