Cozy villa on peninsula

Detached, unique villa on private island on continuous waterway in the Realm of the Thousand Islands. Sailing by canoe or boat? It's all possible. The villa has a cozy living room with open kitchen, and a front and backyard where you can relax. Children can play here, indoors and outdoors. There is room for two families. Centrally located near cities such as Alkmaar and Amsterdam and various beach towns such as Bergen aan Zee. The space Bedrooms There are four spacious bedrooms. Two bedrooms are suitable for four adults, the other two bedrooms are children's rooms. There is a crib, cot, carrycot and toddler bed in the house. If your travel group is larger, please feel free to contact us and we will discuss the possibilities. Please note: there is no stair gate at the bottom and top of the stairs for small children. Living room In the living room there is a spacious dining table, play corner for the children and a sitting area with television (with Netflix connection). Kitchen The kitchen is equipped with a stove top, boiling water tap, coffee maker, milk frother, oven and microwave and dishwasher. The dishes are complete and extensive. Washing machine In the garage there is a washing machine that you can use during your stay. There is no dryer available. In the backyard, there are clotheslines, and in the conservatory, a drying rack is available. Departure Upon departure, please place your towels and bedding in the garage, in front of the washing machine. Backyard In the backyard, there are various seating areas to enjoy the sun and the greenery. There is a slide, various swings, a sandbox and a trampoline available for the children. Please note: for small children, there are open spaces to the water. Water fun The double canoe is next to our house and you can also use it to explore the water. We also have an electric boat that you can use. It can accommodate 10 people. Conservatories We have two spacious conservatories so you can always enjoy the sun indoors. In it you will find a dining table, various seating areas and a fitness machine. The conservatory at the rear of the house is still under renovation. Other things to note During your stay, you will be looking after our cozy, sweet ragdoll Sammie. He loves to cuddle and likes to have company around him.
