A perfect place to relax and enjoy nature. Located just 5 minutes from the pretty local village with all essential amenities, and 20 minutes from the lively city of Bellac. Perfect for families, friends, and solo travelers. The space A beautifully renovated, upside-down property, with open plan kitchen/dinner/livingroom. Two bedrooms on the lower floor, with bathroom and laundry space. From the lower floor, double french doors open onto a private decking overlooking the River. Perfect for dining alfresco, with the bbq, table and chairs. A few steps down is the meadow, next to the river with a fire-pit, and picnic bench offering views of the river, weir, and small waterfall. Paddling and playing in the river is recommended! Guest access The gite is seperate from the main house, with a private decking overlooking the river. Guest have direct access to the river, Firepit and meadow. There is a decked above ground pool, shared with owners (2 young boys use occasionally). Guests also have access to the woodland and gardens. Equipment available for kayaking, and lazy river rafting.
