A real cocoon located in the heart of the perch, the cottage is at the start of many walking paths, hiking bikes. Located just 10 minutes from the picturesque village of "La Perrière" and the town of Mamers with Super U, bakery and many shops. Well educated pets are also welcome. The space Kitchen: Senseo coffee machine, kettle, oven, microwave, dishwasher, dishes, raclette machine, high chair for children. A few coffee pods and a selection of tea are available. Bathroom: 1 bath towel per person is provided, hair dryer available and shower gel/shampoo. Living room: TV, DVD player, board games and books available. Sheets are provided for all bedrooms. Bedroom 1: One double bed Bedroom 2: One double bed and one single bed Bedroom 3: One double bed and one single bed All mattresses and pillows are brand new. On request it is possible to move the single beds to group them in one room. On request it is possible to have a baby crib from 0 to 3 years old. Free parking in the courtyard of the house, possibility to park 4 cars. For animals: The garden is not fully fenced, 2 bowls are available, well-behaved animals only. Maximum 2 animals.
