- Living in a quiet location and barrier-free - New house on a cul-de-sac street -2 terraces - No garden use - Supermarket and bakery just 100 m down the road - With TV and refrigerator - 1.8 x 2 m bed for 2 guests + sofa bed for 2 additional guests - Linens and towels included. - The dartboard with darts can of course be used - Bus stop within a 5-minute walk - Hennigsdorf S-Bahn station (S25) is in the next town, so you can be in Berlin in 30 minutes - 50 minutes by car to the center of Berlin The space Kitchenette with small induction stove and mini oven, bathroom with shower. Also available are: toaster, kettle, coffee maker, fridge, dishes, sink, bed linen with fresh bedding. Bathroom is equipped with a hairdryer and basic necessities for short stays such as hand soap and toilet paper. For stays longer than 7 days, there is also a solution for a load for the washer and dryer. ;) Water is always available upon guests' arrival. Wi-Fi 60 Mbps - maximum broadband 100 Mbps Guest access On the first floor behind the entrance door through another door into the separate living room/guest apartment. Attention: The property design is in progress and there are a few smaller construction sites that are not safe for smaller children. Other things to note We have a small dog who likes all people, children and dear pets. Quiet hours must be observed from 10 pm until 6 am on weekdays and Saturdays. Sunday is absolutely sacred to everyone here as a day of rest and so we ask all guests to adapt to the silence of the surroundings. ;) Welcome!
