Some situations require certain attention that may not be suitable for some individuals and/or families. We want our guests to have a safe and memorable experience so please make sure to review and determine if the following circumstances are manageable for you and/or your family before confirming your reservation: *************************************************************************************** 1. Harsh weather conditions (Fortunately, the last 2 years have been mild) 2. Under adverse conditions, 2WRD vehicles may require assistance to negotiate the driveway such as applying sand or higher skilled driving techniques. Due to this we highly recommend 4WD or AWD -- This will come in handy exiting/entering the 500 ft long driveway. From there you have one mile of unpaved road that leads you to route 16 ***Keep in mind: A rougher surface area provides more traction*** 3. Private parking spots are unavailable after snowfall requiring all guests to park in the main driveway by the garage -- Lover's Nest & Geoffroy Farm require using stairs (16steps) for entry 4. Under the rare circumstance that the property's daily maintenance worker is not able to get to the property, shoveling the walkway, staircase and/or parts of driveway may be required 5. Potential power outages -- In the event of a power outage, at the very least, we will provide minimal comfort measures such as: portable lighting, small propane heater, portable drinking water & portable charging blocks for usb charged devices 6.
