To reach the villa from the small village of Bogisici, you will need to drive on an unpaved road for 400m, surrounded by lush greenery. This scenic route enhances the sense of immersion in nature, leading you to your peaceful villa for vacation. The villa is situated just a 5 min drive away from the beaches Plavi Horizonti, Almara Beach Club and Movida Beach Club, offering you the best tranquility of a forest retreat and the convenience of nearby coastal adventures. Also just 5 min drive away; you’ll find the new Lustica Bay complex, featuring a variety of restaurants, bars and events. This ensures that you have plenty of dining and entertainment options close to your forest retreat. Tivat and Kotor Old Town are 20 min drive away. Guest access The villa consists of a ground floor that features a kitchen, dining table, bathroom and a sofa bed for one person. On the upper floor there is one bedroom equipped with a matrimonial bed and two single beds, providing comfortable accommodation for your stay. Outside, we have a barbecue and dining table, a pool area with sunbeds and a trampoline for kids. This setup ensures a delightful outdoor experience for everyone, with options for dining, relaxation and fun. Villa has the private pool that you can enjoy and it is completly reserved for you. We have also a free parking spaces outside where you can park your car. Other things to note During your stay in Montenegro you are obliged to register within 24 hours. The residence tax is 1.00 euro per person per day, children up to 12 years do not pay residence tax. Young people between 12 and 18 years pay half, i.e. 0.50 euros. The nearest tourist office is in Radovici , just 1km far away from the villa. You can register and pay the tax there.
