A peaceful villa in the woods, on the shores of an idyllic pond in Jaalan Uimila. A peaceful retreat surrounded by a beautiful pine forest. In connection with the villa, there is a wood-heated barrel sauna, from which you can conveniently jump into the water along the dock for swimming. The nearby terrain offers winding paths and berry fields for various outdoor activities. The space The villa has a total area of 93 square meters. Year of completion 2014. The bedroom downstairs has a 160 cm wide bed with a frame mattress (so-called Yankee bed) and upstairs a 180 cm wide bed with a frame mattress. The villa is electrified, as are the barrel sauna and the summer room outside. The water comes from the pond from two different taps. The other tap has a water treatment plant and the water coming from it is clean drinking water. In addition, each guest is always provided with a 30-liter tap of drinking water from a natural source (natural source 2km away). The kitchen has a stove and oven combination, a normal sink and a dishwasher that is connected to a clean water tank. The kitchen is equipped as a normal full-time residence. The villa has an air heat pump and a portable fan upstairs. All ventilation windows have fixed mosquito nets. The property is winterized. The villa also has a wifi network (5g) that enables remote working. The villa's terrace is glazed throughout. The terrace has a table set and comfortable armchairs, and for the autumn, outdoor blankets can be found either on the terrace or in the summer room. For later autumn, there is also nice atmospheric lighting. The bottom of the terrace is insulated and thus remains pleasant well into the autumn. In the summer, the barrel sauna is supplied with water by a pump and in the winter, the water is carried from the pond. Wood is included in the price of the accommodation and there is enough wood available for the sauna and also for the fireplace in the cottage. The sauna has a normal outdoor sauna hot water pot, which easily heats up next to the stove. For washing, there are buckets, pails and, of course, a camping shower (rechargeable hand shower). The sauna is illuminated both inside and outside. The yard area is well-maintained and allows for different activities as desired by guests. The yard has a pleasant composting dry toilet (Biolan dry toilet), which is comfortably decorated, including a lamp. Litter for composting can be found in the toilet and supplements are always available on the plot. Toilet and kitchen paper are standard for all guests. There is a trail boat and a regular rowing boat near the dock, which are freely available. Gas grill (May-October) and outdoor fireplace are available throughout the visit. Of course, taking into account the forest fire warnings in force during the summer. The villa is 20 km from Jaala Church, where you will find the nearest S-market, Seo-kylmäasema, church, KRME-Paavolainen (hardware and general store), pharmacy, library, sports hall, gym, as well as Emilia Barbershop (post office) and Jenni K. Hairdresser. The nearest golf courses in the Vierumäki Sports Institute area are Classic/Cooke 43 km and Iitti Golf 43 km. The nearest self-service laundry is in Kouvola's Prisma Center 46 km away. Heinola's church village K-store is 22 km away and the Citymarket center is 30 km away. Location in a quiet forest landscape. No neighbors on the border or in sight. Perfect for outdoor activities with dogs and also for dogs that get stressed by cars or other people. The visit is protected by a real-time alarm system (Verisure), which is also connected to an automatic fire alarm group and a security center unit. The villa also has a carbon monoxide alarm, a fire blanket, a powder extinguisher and a first aid cabinet for minor injuries. Family members with pets are also extremely welcome at VillaVoima, as long as friends are always introduced when booking. Guest access There is a good gravel road to the villa (about 3 km from the larger asphalt road). During the winter, the road is plowed by the hosts. If necessary, on request, a separate price is also available for charter transport for the needs of guests. Airport transfers are also available at a separate price.
